A delicious Chive and Pork Dumpling Filling recipe.

Dry the chives thoroughly, cut into small segments, and toss with a little sesame oil to coat.

Add the egg and seasonings to the ground pork, mix well. Add a splash of water in three additions, stirring consistently in one direction. Once evenly combined, fold in the chives. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before using.
