A delicious Stir-fried Cuttlefish with Bell Peppers and Bamboo Shoots recipe.
Cut the cuttlefish into strips. Mix with sweet potato starch and water to coat — this keeps the cuttlefish tender.
Cut the ginger into julienne strips. Mix some into the cuttlefish, and the rest with the bamboo shoots.
Heat a wok over high heat, then add cold oil. Add the ginger strips and bamboo shoots, and stir-fry briefly.
Finally, add the cuttlefish all at once. Stir-fry briefly, then season with salt and sugar to taste. Serve immediately!
