A delicious Asparagus and Sweet Pepper Stir-fried Beef recipe.

Marinate the beef: Use ribeye cap (吊龙), sliced by the butcher. Add cornstarch, oyster sauce, a splash of soy sauce, salt, chicken bouillon, and white pepper. Mix well, then drizzle a little oil on top to seal in moisture. Wash and cut the asparagus and sweet pepper into bite-sized pieces.
Heat a wok or skillet with oil over high heat. Stir-fry the asparagus for 2-3 minutes, then season with a pinch of salt, oyster sauce, MSG, and a splash of water. Toss and add the sweet pepper.
Push the vegetables to the sides of the pan, add the marinated beef to the center and stir-fry until just barely cooked through. Toss everything together — once the beef juices have reduced and no longer run red, it is ready to serve immediately.
