A delicious Quick Baked Banana Toast recipe.

Prepare the ingredients. Beat the egg until well mixed, then brush both sides of the bread slices evenly with the egg wash.

Peel the banana and cut into thin slices about 3mm thick. Arrange the banana slices evenly over the bread surface. Microwave the butter for about 20 seconds until melted, then brush the melted butter over the banana-topped bread. Sprinkle with sugar to taste.

Bake in an air fryer at 180°C (350°F) for 10–15 minutes. Check halfway through — the toast is done when both sides are golden brown. Enjoy your crispy-on-the-outside, soft-on-the-inside banana toast!
