A delicious Spicy Baked Fish recipe.

Mix the seasonings together: minced scallions, ginger, garlic, chopped chili peppers, soy sauce, oyster sauce, vinegar, salt, chili powder, and Sichuan peppercorns.

Marinate the fish with the seasoning mixture for at least 30 minutes, turning to coat evenly.

Prepare the vegetables: slice shiitake mushrooms, rehydrate wood ear mushrooms, and cut tofu skin into bite-sized strips.

Wrap everything tightly with aluminum foil. Bake at 200°C (400°F) with both top and bottom heat for 25 minutes.

Carefully remove the top layer of foil and bake for another 5 minutes at 200°C (400°F) to brown the top.
