Cut the pork into thin shreds. Mix with 1 tbsp cornstarch, 0.5 tsp salt, and 1 tbsp cooking wine. Marinate for 10 minutes.



Prepare the sauce: mix 1 tbsp cornstarch, 1.5 tbsp white sugar, 0.5 tsp salt, 2 tbsp light soy sauce, 2 tbsp vinegar, 2-3 tbsp ketchup, and some water. Stir well.

Heat oil in a wok. Add the shredded pork and stir-fry until it changes color. Remove and set aside.
