A delicious Light Fish Ball and Greens Soup recipe.
Bring a pot of water to a gentle boil. Add the fish balls and a few slices of ginger. Simmer over low heat until the fish balls float and puff up.
Add the blanched, sectioned greens to the pot. Season with a pinch of salt and a dash of white pepper.
Drizzle in a few drops of sesame oil, sprinkle with chopped cilantro, and cook for one more minute until the greens are just tender. Serve immediately.
