    Blanch the green beans in boiling water with a drizzle of oil until slightly tender.

    Dice the blanched green beans. Roughly chop the beef into small pieces. Marinate the beef with chicken powder, a splash of soy sauce, and a pinch of cornstarch — mix well, then drizzle in a little oil and set aside.

    Dice the onion. I prefer not to cut it too fine for a better bite.
