A delicious Tomato Beef Shin Ramyun recipe.

In a pot, add one can of canned tomatoes, half a can of water, and one packet of Shin Ramyun seasoning powder. This broth base is enough for two servings of noodles. In a separate pot, bring water to a boil and cook the noodles until half-done.

Transfer the half-cooked noodles into the tomato broth (discard the noodle-cooking water, keep only the noodles). Add one diced frozen tomato. Add the sliced beef. Add the dried vegetable packet from the ramyun.

Once everything is cooked through, ladle into a bowl. Garnish with a little kimchi on top.
