Minced Pork and Scallion Braised Tofu
Ingredients
- tofu
- leek (large scallion)
- minced pork
Instructions
- Cut the tofu into pieces. Bring water to a boil with a little salt and blanch the tofu briefly, then drain. Cut the leek diagonally.
- Heat oil in the wok and stir-fry the minced pork until it changes color.
- Add the tofu, soy sauce, and cooking wine. Add a little water and braise.
- Add the leek.
- Drizzle with oyster sauce, stir-fry evenly, and serve.
