Pan-Fried Stuffed Tofu
Ingredients
- 7 tofu
- to taste white pepper
- to taste oyster sauce
- to taste light soy sauce
- to taste chopped scallions
- to taste chicken bouillon powder
Instructions
- Pan-fry the tofu over low heat until both sides are golden. Mix oyster sauce, light soy sauce, cornstarch, white pepper, chicken bouillon powder, and half a bowl of water (taste the mixture before adding). Pour the sauce over the tofu, flip repeatedly while braising until the sauce reduces. Taste and adjust, then add chopped scallions and serve.
