10-Minute Cabbage, Glass Noodles and Egg Stir-fry

- 4 cabbage leaves
- 2 eggs
- 1 glass noodles (vermicelli)
- 1 light soy sauce
- 1 oyster sauce

- This dish is truly delicious — simple yet tasty. Even a veggie stir-fry can be amazing!
- Prep the ingredients: 4 cabbage leaves, 2 eggs, 1 small bundle of glass noodles. Shred the cabbage. Soak the glass noodles in hot water until soft, then drain. Beat the eggs, heat oil in a pan and scramble them until cooked, then set aside.
- Heat oil in the pan, add the shredded cabbage and stir-fry until softened. Add the glass noodles and scrambled eggs. Season with 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, and a pinch of black pepper. Toss everything together and it's done!
