Stir-fried Pork Belly with Green Peppers
Ingredients
- Green peppers
- Pork belly
- Fermented black beans
- Garlic
- Light soy sauce and oyster sauce
Instructions
- First, stir-fry the green peppers without oil. Add a pinch of salt and press them down while stir-frying until fragrant. In a separate pan, add the pork belly and cook until the fat renders out.
- Add the lean meat, garlic, and fermented black beans. Season with soy sauce and oyster sauce, and stir-fry until well combined. Finally, return the peppers to the pan, add a little sugar to enhance the flavor, and toss everything together.
