Spinach and Fish Ball Soup
Ingredients
- ½ pack spinach
- 8 Fuzhou fish balls
Instructions
- Wash the spinach thoroughly and set aside. Bring a pot of water to a boil.
- Add the Fuzhou fish balls to the boiling water and cook until they float, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the spinach and cook for another 1-2 minutes until wilted. Season with salt and a drizzle of sesame oil to taste.
