This delicious chocolate crisp snowflake cookie is a must-try! My child says it’s the best snowflake cookie there is—nothing compares. Just use half of the 28×28 inch pan recipe, doubling it for a full pan. 🛒 Ingredients: 220 grams low-sugar marshmallows, 90 grams butter, 65 grams dark chocolate, 45 grams milk powder, 20 grams cocoa […]
| Ingredient | Amount |
|---|---|
| sugar-free marshmallows | 220 as needed |
| butter | 80–90 |
| dark chocolate | 65 as needed |
| milk powder | 45 as needed |
| cocoa powder | 20 as needed |
| crushed Oreos or biscuits | 250 as needed |
| crispy candy beads | 120 as needed |
| crispy candy beads for topping | enough to cover surface |

Prepare all ingredients in advance. Turn an electric ceramic stove to medium-low heat. Add butter to a non-stick pan and let it melt slowly, then add the dark chocolate and melt it. Add the marshmallows.

Stir continuously until the marshmallows are fully melted, then turn off the heat immediately — do not overcook. Pour in the milk powder and cocoa powder, and fold until evenly mixed. Then add the crispy beads and crushed Oreos.

Fold until evenly combined, then use your hands to repeatedly pull and stretch the mixture until the biscuits and crispy beads are completely coated. (Lightly dust the bottom of a 28 cm gold pan with a cocoa powder–milk powder mixture — mix cocoa powder and milk powder 1:1, sift evenly onto the pan.)

Press and smooth the mixture flat in the pan.

First cut into long strips.

Then cut into your preferred bite-sized pieces.

One bite and you’ll be in heaven — so good it’ll make you spin!

Seal in bags for storage — stays fresh for up to half a month.
