Chocolate Snowflake Crisps — The Best Recipe Ever!
Ingredients
- 220 sugar-free marshmallows
- 80–90 butter
- 65 dark chocolate
- 45 milk powder
- 20 cocoa powder
- 250 crushed Oreos or biscuits
- 120 crispy candy beads
- enough to cover surface crispy candy beads for topping
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients in advance. Turn an electric ceramic stove to medium-low heat. Add butter to a non-stick pan and let it melt slowly, then add the dark chocolate and melt it. Add the marshmallows.
- Stir continuously until the marshmallows are fully melted, then turn off the heat immediately — do not overcook. Pour in the milk powder and cocoa powder, and fold until evenly mixed. Then add the crispy beads and crushed Oreos.
- Fold until evenly combined, then use your hands to repeatedly pull and stretch the mixture until the biscuits and crispy beads are completely coated. (Lightly dust the bottom of a 28 cm gold pan with a cocoa powder–milk powder mixture — mix cocoa powder and milk powder 1:1, sift evenly onto the pan.)
- Press and smooth the mixture flat in the pan.
- First cut into long strips.
- Then cut into your preferred bite-sized pieces.
- One bite and you’ll be in heaven — so good it’ll make you spin!
- Seal in bags for storage — stays fresh for up to half a month.
