Milky Tofu Soup
Ingredients
- 1 block Firm Tofu
- 2 Eggs
- to taste Cilantro
- 3 slices Ginger
- to taste Salt
- to taste White Pepper
Instructions
- Cut the tofu into small cubes. Prepare the other ingredients.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the eggs until both sides are golden brown.
- Add boiling water to the pan — this is the key to getting a milky white broth!
- Add the tofu cubes and ginger slices, bring to a boil, then simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Season with salt and white pepper to taste.
- Garnish with cilantro before serving.
