Homemade Beef Jerky
Ingredients
- 5 Beef (brisket or chest)
Instructions
- Start with 5 jin of beef chest meat.
- Marinate for 1 day.
- Mix well to coat evenly.
- Air dry for 2-3 days. Remember to flip the beef jerky daily!
- This is the beef jerky after 3 days of drying.
- Steam for 30 minutes, then reduce to medium heat.
- Fresh out of the steamer – the aroma is incredibly satisfying!
- Line a baking sheet with foil. Bake at 230°C / 450°F (top and bottom heat) for 10-20 minutes.
- Fresh from the oven – glistening and irresistibly tempting!
- Your homemade beef jerky is ready!
