  1. Start with 5 jin of beef chest meat.
  2. Marinate for 1 day.
  3. Mix well to coat evenly.
  4. Air dry for 2-3 days. Remember to flip the beef jerky daily!
  5. This is the beef jerky after 3 days of drying.
  6. Steam for 30 minutes, then reduce to medium heat.
  7. Fresh out of the steamer – the aroma is incredibly satisfying!
  8. Line a baking sheet with foil. Bake at 230°C / 450°F (top and bottom heat) for 10-20 minutes.
  9. Fresh from the oven – glistening and irresistibly tempting!
