Stir-fried Beef with Corn
Ingredients
- ground beef
- corn kernels
- dark soy sauce
- oyster sauce
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- Stir-fry the ground beef until all moisture has evaporated, then add a splash of dark soy sauce for color.
- Add the corn kernels (if using frozen corn, blanch for 1 minute first). Season with oyster sauce, salt, and pepper, then toss everything together. Note: If you have red onion oil or crispy garlic oil, add a spoonful for extra flavor.
- Garnish with chopped scallions and serve.
