Asparagus and Mushroom Beef Stir-Fry
Ingredients
- 250g asparagus
- 200g beef
- 5 button mushrooms
Instructions
- Trim the tough ends of asparagus and cut into sections. Remove mushroom stems and slice thickly. Blanch asparagus and mushrooms separately in boiling water for one minute. Cut beef into thick strips and marinate with oyster sauce, black pepper, and cornstarch.
- Heat wok with cold oil, stir-fry beef strips until color changes, then set aside. In the same wok, sauté minced garlic until fragrant, add asparagus and mushrooms. Return beef to the wok and toss everything together over high heat. Season with black pepper and sea salt to taste.
