A delicious Beef Burger Buns recipe.

Combine flour, milk, yeast, sugar, poolish starter, salt, egg, and sugar. Mix and knead into a dough. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Remove from the fridge, knead for a few minutes, then refrigerate again for 20 minutes.
Remove again, add butter and knead until smooth, then refrigerate for another 20 minutes.
Take the dough out and proof in the oven at 35°C until it reaches 1.5 times its original size. Divide into 80g portions. Spray the surface with water, roll in white sesame seeds, and return to the oven for a second proof until doubled in size.
Preheat the oven — top heat 190°C, bottom heat 180°C. Bake for about 20 minutes until the buns are evenly golden brown.
