A delicious Beef and Green Bean Fried Rice recipe.

Dice the blanched green beans. Roughly chop the beef into small pieces. Marinate the beef with chicken powder, a splash of soy sauce, and a pinch of cornstarch — mix well, then drizzle in a little oil and set aside.

Heat the wok with oil, add the marinated beef and stir-fry over high heat until half-cooked.

Add the diced green beans and onion, stir-fry over high heat. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and toss well.

Heat the wok with oil, add the rice and stir-fry over high heat. Season with a pinch of salt and keep stir-frying until the rice is fragrant and lightly toasted.

Add the scrambled eggs, beef, green beans, and onion back into the wok. Toss everything together with the rice. Taste and adjust seasoning with a little more soy sauce if needed. Garnish with cilantro and scallions.
