  • 1 tbsp minced garlic

  1. Blanch the tofu and set aside. Add minced garlic, a little dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and beef sauce to the wok. Stir-fry until evenly combined, then add the tofu and toss gently — be careful not to break the tofu. Pour in a little boiling water (must be boiling water!), cover, and reduce the sauce over low heat. Finally, add a little starch water to thicken, sprinkle with scallions, and serve!
