Broccoli and Mushroom Stir-fried Chicken Breast
Ingredients
- 8 Button mushrooms
- half head Broccoli
- 1 piece Chicken breast
- 1 tbsp Cooking wine
- 1 tbsp Light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 0.5 tbsp Dark soy sauce
- 1 tsp Salt
- 适量 Tea seed oil
Instructions

- Even kids who don't like broccoli said it's delicious!
- Cut chicken breast into thin slices. Add 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp cooking wine, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 0.5 tbsp dark soy sauce, 1 tbsp cornstarch. Mix well.
- Add some black pepper and marinate for 30 minutes. Boil water in a pot, add some oil and a small spoonful of salt. Add broccoli and blanch for 2 minutes. Set aside. Heat pan and add some tea seed oil.
- Leave some base oil in the pan. Add garlic slices and sauté until fragrant. Add mushrooms and stir-fry until soft. Add broccoli and chicken breast. Add 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, and some black pepper. Stir-fry evenly and serve!
