Wash and cut broccoli and mushrooms. Mince the garlic. Blanch the broccoli and drain. Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Add mushrooms and cook until softened. Add broccoli and toss together. Season with 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, a pinch of salt, and some cracked black pepper. Stir-fry evenly and serve!
