A delicious Low-Calorie Octopus Noodles recipe.


Blend garlic, ginger slices, chili peppers, and onion with water and cooking wine until finely chopped.


Prepare julienned green pepper, onion, cabbage, and carrot. Slice a few bird’s eye chilies.

Add water and the octopus to a pan. Stir-fry over high heat for 1 minute until the octopus turns bouncy. Remove and rinse under cold water, then drain.

Using minimal oil, stir-fry the vegetables over high heat. Add the octopus, pour in the sauce, and cook on high for 1 minute. Add 50 ml water and stir-fry until the sauce thickens. Finish with 2 g sesame oil.
