  1. Place the silken tofu on a plate. For a home-cooked meal, no need to slice and arrange neatly—just keep it simple and hearty. Cut the century eggs into wedges and place them on top of the tofu.
  2. Make the sauce: mix 1.5 tbsp light soy sauce, 0.5 tbsp oyster sauce, 0.5 tbsp aged vinegar, 1 tsp sesame oil, 4g sugar, 2g matsutake powder, 3g salt, and minced garlic. Stir well and pour over the tofu and century eggs. Heat a small amount of oil in a pan, sauté the chopped scallions and Sichuan peppercorns until fragrant.
