A delicious Coconut Milk Poached Fish recipe.





Once the oil has absorbed the flavors and is fragrant, pour in the coconut milk.






Place the fish skin-side up on top of the aromatics so the flesh doesn’t touch the hottest part of the pot. Cover with a lid and cook on the lowest heat.









Flip the fish and let it poach for another 5 minutes. If the flesh flakes easily, it’s done and ready to serve.
