A delicious Crisp Broccoli Rabe with Seasoned Beef Stir-Fry recipe.


Prepare the mise en place: slice the garlic, have the seasoned beef slices ready, and keep the broccoli rabe drained.

Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil. Add a spoonful of salt and blanch the broccoli rabe uncovered for 1 minute — cooking without a lid helps it stay vibrant green. Immediately transfer to an ice bath to stop the cooking, then drain well.

Heat oil in a wok over high heat. Sauté the garlic until fragrant, then add the seasoned beef slices and stir-fry until they change color. Add the blanched broccoli rabe, toss together, add a splash of water, cover and simmer for 30 seconds. Season with salt or chicken bouillon if needed. Serve immediately.
