    Step 1

Slice the beef into thin pieces.

  2. Curry Cheese Beef Wraps
    Step 2

Marinate the beef with dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, white pepper, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and a small amount of baking soda (about 2g) for about 10 minutes. Add a splash of cooking oil.

  3. Curry Cheese Beef Wraps
    Step 3

Stir-fry the marinated beef until just cooked through, then set aside.

    Step 4

Cut the onion into strips and stir-fry until just softened.

Add the cooked beef back in, then add curry — I used about 2 blocks’ worth. No extra salt needed; the curry is flavorful enough.

For leftovers, wrap them in aluminum foil and freeze. When ready to eat, no need to thaw — just pop them in the air fryer for 6–8 minutes.

  9. Curry Cheese Beef Wraps
    Step 9

Adding curry makes these even tastier. Great for meal prep — I make these as ready-made breakfasts for my middle schooler!
