A delicious Japanese Gyudon (Beef Rice Bowl) recipe.
Prepare the sauce: mix 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp sugar, a little cornstarch, and a small amount of water.
Heat the wok with cold oil, stir-fry the onion until fragrant. Add the beef slices, pour in the sauce, cover and simmer for 3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly, then remove from heat.
