Juicy Beef Patties
Ingredients
- 500 ground beef
- 40 onion
- 4 garlic
- 20 cooking wine
- 30 butter
- 60 egg wash
- to taste cracked black pepper
Instructions
- Mince the beef, dice the onion, beat the egg, and melt the butter. Combine all ingredients and mix until the mixture becomes sticky and well-bound.
- Divide into portions of about 60g each to your liking. Use a cut disposable cup as a mold to press the patties firmly. For a neater result, you can use a dedicated burger patty mold.
- The shaped patties as shown.
- Cut parchment paper into individual sheets to separate each patty.
- Place the separated patties in an airtight container and freeze for storage.
- Pair with your favorite toppings (egg & tomato ~ lettuce) on a ciabatta or muffin, and your burger is ready!
- My go-to sauce is a mix of mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.
