Kid-Friendly Breakfast Beef Pasta
Ingredients
- a small amount tricolor bell peppers
- a small amount broccoli
- a small amount beef
- a small amount spaghetti
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti in boiling water for 8 minutes, then drain and set aside (forgot to take a photo). Cut the tricolor bell peppers into thin strips and break the broccoli into small florets. Slice the beef and marinate with pepper, Shacha sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch — toss well to coat. Drizzle a little cooking oil over the top to lock in moisture.
- Blanch the broccoli in boiling water until cooked, then set aside. Heat a wok with oil and stir-fry the beef for 2–3 minutes. Add the bell pepper strips and stir-fry until just tender. Toss in the drained broccoli and cooked spaghetti. Season with ketchup and oyster sauce, then stir-fry everything together until evenly coated.
- Friday breakfast is served! Pasta with honey lemon water on the side.
