A delicious Mint Beef Salad recipe.

Choose ribeye cap (吊龙) with good marbling — the rich fat content gives the best texture.

Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the beef slices until just done.

Prepare fresh mint leaves (homegrown mint and lemongrass work wonderfully).

Gather mint leaves, sliced onion, bird’s eye chili, garlic slices, and toasted sesame seeds.

Stir-fry the aromatics until fragrant, add the cooked beef slices, and toss everything together until well combined.
