A delicious Minced Pork and Tofu Clay Pot recipe.


Add salt, sugar, cornstarch, and soy sauce to the minced pork in order to marinate.






Without washing the pan, use the residual oil. Add minced garlic, then add the marinated pork and stir-fry until cooked through.

Transfer the cooked pork into the clay pot and simmer together with the tofu.





When the liquid in the clay pot has reduced to about one-third, pour in the cornstarch slurry. Gently toss to coat evenly and thicken the sauce.

Garnish with scallions and chili. Serve straight from the clay pot — dinner is ready!
