  • 1 onion
  • 250g minced pork
  • 50g garlic
  • 1 dark soy sauce
  • 2 light soy sauce
  • a pinch salt
  • 1 oyster sauce
  • 1 cornstarch
  • as needed scallion

Instructions

  1. Dice the potatoes and carrot, stir-fry in oil. Add diced onion and cook until done. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the remaining oil, stir-fry the minced pork until broken up. Add minced garlic and diced onion, cook until the pork releases its fat and becomes fragrant.
  3. Add the potato and carrot mixture back and stir-fry evenly.
  4. Season with 2 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp dark soy sauce, a pinch of salt, and 1 bowl of cornstarch water.
  5. Simmer and bubble for a few minutes. Sprinkle with scallions and serve!
