A delicious Oil-Braised Crayfish with Ramen (Quick Recipe) recipe.


Dump the frozen crayfish directly into a cold pot. No need to add oil, water, or any seasoning — the crayfish are pre-seasoned. Cook over medium-low heat for 6 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a separate pot, cook the Shin Ramyun noodles until about 60–70% done (roughly 3 minutes), then drain.

Once the crayfish are fully heated through, pick them out of the pot and set aside on a plate.

Add the drained noodles to the remaining sauce in the pot and toss until well coated.

Plate the noodles first, then arrange the crayfish on top. Every piece is packed with clean roe — enjoy!
