Home-Style Scallion Braised Tofu
Ingredients
- 5 white sugar
- 5 salt
- half oyster sauce
- half scallions
- 2 light soy sauce
- half dark soy sauce
- 1 cornstarch
Instructions
- Cut the tofu into pieces or slices as you prefer.
- Mix the sauce: 2-3 spoons light soy sauce, half a spoon dark soy sauce, half a spoon oyster sauce, a small half spoon of salt plus the same amount of sugar, 1 spoon cornstarch, and a small half bowl of water.
- Heat an iron wok, add oil, and pan-fry the tofu until golden. Then pour in the sauce.
- When the sauce thickens, reduce it slightly and serve.
