  • half oyster sauce
  • half scallions
  • 2 light soy sauce
  • half dark soy sauce
  • 1 cornstarch

  2. Mix the sauce: 2-3 spoons light soy sauce, half a spoon dark soy sauce, half a spoon oyster sauce, a small half spoon of salt plus the same amount of sugar, 1 spoon cornstarch, and a small half bowl of water.
  3. Heat an iron wok, add oil, and pan-fry the tofu until golden. Then pour in the sauce.
  4. When the sauce thickens, reduce it slightly and serve.
