Quick & Easy Low-Fat Pastrami Beef
Ingredients
- 2 beef shank
- 6 black pepper
- 12 salt
Instructions
- I used beef shank — cut into evenly sized pieces.
- Weigh out the salt and black pepper, then mix them together.
- Coat the beef evenly with the seasoning mix.
- Seal in a bag and refrigerate for 24–48 hours.
- Wrap tightly in aluminum foil. Preheat oven to 120°C (250°F), then roast for 1 hour. After roasting, refrigerate overnight.
- The next day, your pastrami is ready — slice and serve.
- Done! Portion it out for meal prep — a quick and healthy low-fat option.
