A delicious Salmon and Lettuce Fried Rice recipe.
Heat oil in a pan and add the salmon strips. Don’t stir right away — let them sit for a few seconds until the flesh starts to change color, then flip and let sit again. Once seared on both sides, stir-fry briefly and add the soy sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
Add the rice and stir-fry until evenly mixed. Finally, add the lettuce. If you prefer the lettuce crisp, keep the cooking time short — just a few seconds until it picks up the soy sauce flavor is enough.
