A delicious Salt-Poached Pork recipe.

Stir-fry salt and Sichuan peppercorns in a dry pan over low heat until the salt turns slightly yellow. Rub the mixture all over the pork and marinate overnight.

Wash off the salt and peppercorns from the pork. Place in a pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce to low heat and simmer for about 25 minutes.
