A delicious Sichuan Peppercorn Roasted Fish recipe.

Clean the fish and cut into pieces. Marinate with 3 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, and a generous amount of Sichuan peppercorns for at least 2 hours.

Remove the peppercorns from the fish. Place in an air fryer at 360°F (180°C) and roast for 10 minutes. Check, then flip and roast for another 3–5 minutes as needed.
