A delicious Spicy Creamy Chicken Pasta recipe.
Marinate the diced chicken with a splash of soy sauce, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, ginger powder, and cornstarch. Mix well and coat with a drizzle of oil. Cut the onion into chunks and slice the dried chili peppers. Cook the pasta for 15 minutes, then drain and rinse with cold water.
Prepare the sauce: mix 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons ketchup, 1 tablespoon Korean gochujang, 1 teaspoon sugar, and 1 tablespoon fine chili flakes.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken until golden brown, then remove and set aside. In the remaining oil, sauté the minced garlic and dried chili peppers until fragrant. Add the onion and stir-fry until softened. Return the chicken to the pan and stir well. Pour in the sauce and mix thoroughly. Add 2/3 of a carton of heavy cream. Add the cooked pasta and reduce the sauce until thickened. Sprinkle with grated cheese and dried parsley before serving.
