Baby Bok Choy and Tofu Stew
Ingredients
- baby bok choy
- tofu
- oyster sauce
- light soy sauce
- salt
- sugar
- dark soy sauce
- chicken bouillon
Instructions
- Pan-fry the tofu until golden brown on both sides.
- Stir-fry bird's eye chili and minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add the baby bok choy.
- Stir-fry until softened.
- Add the pan-fried tofu.
- Pour in the sauce (2 tbsp light soy sauce, half tbsp dark soy sauce, a little sugar, oyster sauce, salt, chicken bouillon, starch, and water).
- Stir-fry briefly and serve.
