A delicious Garlic Spicy Chicken Wing Tips — An Incredibly Delicious Home-Style Dish recipe.

Marinate the chicken wing tips: combine Shaoxing wine / cooking wine, white pepper powder, light soy sauce (2 tbsp), oyster sauce (1 tbsp), cornstarch (1 tbsp), and a drizzle of oil. Marinate for 15 minutes.


Heat oil to 50% hot (about 150°C / 300°F), add the minced garlic and fry over low heat. Remove as soon as the garlic turns lightly golden.

In the garlic-infused oil remaining in the pan, pan-fry the chicken wing tips over medium heat until both sides are golden brown and slightly crispy. Remove and set aside.

Leave a little oil in the pan, then stir-fry the chopped Thai bird’s eye chilies and onion until fragrant.

Return the chicken wing tips and fried garlic to the pan. Season with chili flakes (1 tbsp), Sichuan peppercorn oil (0.5 tbsp), salt (1 tsp), sugar (1 tsp), chicken bouillon (1 tsp), and a splash of light soy sauce around the edge of the pan. Toss everything together, then sprinkle with chopped scallions and white/black sesame seeds. Stir-fry until well combined and serve immediately!
