Cut chicken feet in half. Slice green and red chilies into strips. Mince garlic, julienne ginger, and finely chop bird’s eye chilies.

Heat oil in a wok and stir-fry minced garlic, julienned ginger, and chopped bird’s eye chilies until fragrant.

Add chicken feet, a splash of water, soybean paste, fermented bean chili sauce, and oyster sauce. Stir-fry everything together.
