Prepare ingredients: blanch silkworm pupae for 3 minutes, cut in half, and remove the black core. Blanch the pork ribs.

Boil the beef and lamb spice packet in water for 5+ minutes. Strain out the solids and reserve the spiced broth.

Heat oil and fry star anise, bay leaves, and dried chilies until fragrant. Add pork ribs and stir-fry until the surface turns golden brown.

Add the strained spiced broth. Season with salt, MSG, light soy sauce, and white pepper powder.

Add minced ginger, transfer to a pressure cooker, and steam on medium heat for 30 minutes.

Heat oil and sauté minced ginger until fragrant. Stir-fry eel and abalone vigorously in the ginger oil. Season with salt, white pepper powder, and light soy sauce.

Add the silkworm pupae and stir-fry together.

Once the pressure has released from the ribs, add the remaining ingredients to the pot and steam on medium heat for another 5 minutes. Turn off the heat.
