A delicious Stir-fried Beef with Bean Sprouts recipe.


Slice the chilies and pickled chilies into rings. Chop the scallions and mince the garlic. Slice the beef, then marinate with cornstarch, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, and a drizzle of peanut oil.

Heat oil in a wok, add the marinated beef and stir-fry until lightly browned. Remove and set aside.

Add more oil to the wok, toss in the garlic, fresh chilies, and pickled chilies to release their fragrance. Add the bean sprouts and stir-fry until just wilted. Return the beef to the wok, toss together, sprinkle with scallions, and season with salt and oyster sauce. Serve immediately.
