  • 6 green peppers
  • 2 ginger

  • 1 cornstarch
  • ½ cooking wine
  • 1 light soy sauce

  1. Mince the ginger and garlic. Cut the green peppers into strips. Slice the beef against the grain into strips. Marinate the beef with 1 tbsp light soy sauce, ½ tbsp cooking wine, 1 tbsp cornstarch, and 1 tbsp oil. Mix well and let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat a little oil in a wok. Once hot, add the beef strips and stir-fry until they change color. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add a little more oil to the wok. Sauté the minced ginger and garlic until fragrant. Add the green pepper strips and stir-fry. Season with 1 tbsp light soy sauce and a pinch of salt. Return the beef to the wok and toss everything together until well combined. Serve immediately.
