A delicious Stir-Fried Beef with Mint recipe.

Prep all ingredients: wash and set aside. Cut the beef into thin strips. Since this is a quick stir-fry, marinate the beef beforehand with light soy sauce and peanut oil. Today I got some beef fat from the butcher — it makes the stir-fry more fragrant.




Watch the heat carefully — toss in the mint and take it off the stove immediately. Fragrant, tender, delicious!
