Onion Stir-fried Chicken Leg Meat – Quick and Flavorful
Ingredients
- 300g Chicken leg meat
- 1 medium Onion
- 1 Green pepper
- 2 tablespoons Light soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dark soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon Cooking wine
- to taste Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Cut chicken leg meat into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt, pepper, and cooking wine.
- Slice onion into strips, cut green pepper into pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan, add chicken pieces and stir-fry until golden brown.
- Add onion strips and stir-fry until softened and fragrant.
- Add green pepper pieces and continue stir-frying.
- Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Stir well and serve!
